Tone already leads. The site holds it back.

solidcore opened its doors on Oct 28, with more studios on the way, and all of them will chase the same searches and the same first-timers. Tone starts that stretch with a real lead. Below the numbers is what’s holding it back.

Next, the whole plan

The plan, from first search to first class

More people choosing Tone

Tone already has a strong reputation with people who know Lagree. The next opportunity is to reach people who could love it but don’t know to look for it yet. People searching for Pilates, or looking around at local studios and comparing their options.

This plan helps those people discover Tone and understand what makes Lagree different, so they feel ready to book the $20 first class. The new site makes that path clearer and both Google listings help them choose a location, while the videos and answer pages clear up the questions that could otherwise keep them from booking.

Then we keep building. Every month we look at how people are finding Tone and what’s turning interest into bookings, then point the next month’s work at the next opportunity. The content, promos and site improvements all follow that direction, so Tone builds on its head start as more studios open.

The road from here

By Dec 14A brand new 15-page site built around the $20 class, both listings rebuilt, the Lagree vs Pilates page live by Nov 15, tracking live, your November promo tracked from day one, and the first 6 videos you film posted, each with a page on the new site.
Every month from Jan 1Unlimited site updates, search and AI work, 8 Google posts, a reply to every review, 4 branded videos with their own pages, 1 new page, 1 growth project and your report.
By the end of 202760 new pages, 48 videos, 96 Google posts and 12 growth projects, all stacked on top of what Tone already has.
A mockup of the direction, not the design. Your neon up top, a welcoming headline that says what Tone is and where, and the $20 class a few taps away. Once you say yes, we set the real look together on the kickoff call, around what you want the site to be.

Found for every search that matters

Every search a Meridian person types about Lagree, from “is lagree pilates” to “pilates while pregnant,” gets its own page written to answer it, on a site Google can finally read. The fixes start in November, and a new page goes up every month once the new site is live.

The buildEvery month

A site that feels like Tone, built to book

A complete overhaul on modern technology, fast on a phone and moving as you scroll, written for the person who’s curious about Lagree but hasn’t booked yet. Pilates regulars find out what’s different, and nervous beginners get their questions answered before they have to ask. The $20 first class is one tap away on every page, and the whole site points the way from first class to member.

The build

How it all connects

One person, from a search to a regular

Every piece of the plan has a job on this path. Here’s where each one shows up.

  1. She searches“is lagree pilates” or “pilates near me.” Google shows a Tone page, a Tone listing or a Tone video.
  2. She gets a real answerThe comparison page says no, in your words, with your video. The AI tools quote the same answer.
  3. She picks a studioBoth listings and both studio pages make Ten Mile as easy to find as Fairview.
  4. She books the $20 classThe button is on every page and the booking takes a few taps. The tap gets counted.
  5. She walks in readyStart here told her when to arrive and what to wear, so the first class feels easy.
  6. She comes backThe pricing page makes the next step clear, from the first class to a pack, and your follow-up offers have a page to point to. Her review goes up with a reply, and the next person starts at step one.

Kickoff and baseline

As soon as you say yes

A short call to get rolling, then a snapshot of where Tone stands today that every report gets measured against.

The kickoff call

  • Confirm access to your listings, Webflow, Mindbody and video accounts
  • Go through the plan and anything else you want added to it
  • Lock in the details of your November promo
  • Agree on how you’ll review and approve pages
  • Set the direction for the new site together, from your goals for it to the look you have in mind and the sites you love

The baseline · that same week

  • Recent numbers from both Google listings, from views to calls
  • Review counts and ratings at both studios
  • Homepage speed on a phone
  • What ChatGPT and Google’s AI say about Tone today
  • 12 months of first-class bookings from Mindbody, including last January

Where every number in your report comes from

Mindbody

$20 first classes and 8-class packs sold at each studio, next to the same month last year

Your Google listings

Views, search terms, taps to call and direction requests at each studio, counted by Google

Google Search Console

How often your site shows up in Google search, and how many people click through

Google reviews, watched together

New reviews, the star rating and my replies at each studio. New reviews come from your asks and Mindbody’s review email, so this one is watched, not scored

Each number comes straight from Google or Mindbody, never from an outside estimate.

Why it matters

Every monthly report compares against this starting point, so you see exactly what changed.

January is the biggest month for these searches anyway, so I compare it with last January in Mindbody. That keeps the normal New Year rush from looking like my results.

Tracking

First week of November

Today it’s hard to tell what your Facebook ad or anything else brings in. This sets that up, so every month we can see what the work is bringing in and where to invest more.

What you get

  • Google Analytics 4, with taps on the $20 button and the app buttons marked as the events that matter
  • Search Console, with a list of your pages submitted to Google, then the same for Bing, which feeds Copilot and DuckDuckGo
  • Google Tag Manager, so all the tracking lives in one place
  • Mindbody’s booking tools connected to Google Analytics, plus a tag for your Facebook ads
  • A $20 first-class purchase tested on your real booking flow, end to end
  • Tracking links for your ad, your Instagram bio, both Google listings, your texts and every promo
  • One simple view of where first classes come from, with anything that can’t be tracked called out

What you’ll be able to see

  • Every tap on the $20 button, by page and by where the person came from, whether Google search, a listing, Instagram, your ad or a text
  • Calls, direction requests and website taps from each listing, counted by Google
  • Clicks from Google search by page, and the words people typed to get there
  • $20 first classes bought in Mindbody each month at each studio, and what each promo brought in through its own link

How a tracking link works

  1. Someone taps your ad
  2. They land on your site
  3. They book the $20 class
  4. The booking connects back to your ad

Where tracking supports it, the booking gets connected to the ad. Anything that can’t be reliably connected is reported separately, never guessed.

Why it matters

You see which sources lead to $20 first classes, then decide where your ad money goes. Every month after that, the report shows what the work brought in.

The last steps of a booking happen on Mindbody’s own pages, not yours, which is why I test a real purchase first. If anything can’t be tracked reliably, I tell you instead of guessing.

Both Google listings

Nov 2 to 20

Your listings are where people compare studios on Maps, so both get fully rebuilt to fit the plan and Google’s current rules, field by field. Nothing gets deleted. Your reviews, your rating and your history stay exactly where they are.

What you get at each studio

  • The category stays “Pilates studio,” since Google has no Lagree category and that filing is a big reason Ten Mile ranks near the top for Pilates searches. “Fitness center” gets added as a second category. The plan says leave it through January, and it’s your call
  • A rewritten description that says Lagree is not Pilates and names each studio’s machines, with no prices in it since Google’s rules don’t allow them
  • Four services with the price in Google’s price field, where it’s allowed, from the $20 first class to private sessions
  • A Schedule button that opens booking, through Mindbody’s Reserve with Google where your plan allows it, with your booking page in the appointment link either way
  • The website button pointing at that studio’s own page, with tracking, so the report shows what each listing brings in
  • Hours checked against your real schedule, midday hours listed if the desk is staffed, and holiday hours set through New Year’s, since being open at the time of a search is one of Google’s top Maps signals
  • Both of your awards, every attribute that’s true, your logo and cover photo, and your Instagram and Facebook links
  • 10 new photos per studio now, then 4 a month, and a 30-second video once yours is cut
  • Clear directions to Ten Mile, since it’s tucked into a neighborhood
  • A reply to every new review from the day I get access, in a Tone voice we agree on, sent to you before it goes live
  • A review card with a QR code for each front desk, pointing at that studio’s own review link, so your ask takes one scan

Everywhere else people look

  • Yelp’s hours and services matched to Google, and Ten Mile added as its own Yelp page. Yelp feeds ChatGPT and other AI tools, so it has to be right
  • Both studios claimed or confirmed on Apple Maps and Bing Places, which feed Siri and Copilot, among others
  • The stray MapQuest listing called “Studio 53” at the Fairview address removed, and traced to its source if it comes back
  • Lagree’s own studio locator and lagreenearme fixed, so both studios show with the right names and cities
  • Facebook’s About section saying Lagree in Meridian, with both addresses and the site link

Why it matters

Fairview already has more Google reviews than any Pilates or Lagree studio I checked nearby. Google says more reviews and positive ratings can help local ranking, so a complete listing makes those reviews work harder.

The other sites matter because that’s where AI tools look. Three of the top five things that get a business named by AI tools are listings and mentions on other sites, so the same facts have to be right everywhere.

Your November promo

Live the first week of November

Your “thankful for Lagree” bring-a-friend month gets its own page with tracking. We’ll look at the ad you’re running together and make sure the offer, landing page and tracking line up, and I’ll help with direction and creative so the site supports the campaigns you’re putting money behind.

What you get

  • A promo page on your current site that explains the offer and how to bring a friend
  • A tracking link for every place you share it
  • Posts on both Google listings all month
  • Direction and creative for your November ad, built with you from your photo shoot clips, with the offer, landing page and tracking lined up
  • The link ready for your Instagram and texts, which stay yours
  • A count of what it brought in when the month ends

How it all comes together

  • Promo page
  • Posts on both listings
  • Your November ad
  • Your Instagram and texts
A tracking link on eachOne update that shows what it brought in

Why it matters

Members spread a bring-a-friend offer best, so your texts and Instagram carry it. The ad does a different job. It reaches people who don’t know a member yet and sends them to the $20 first class, so the free friend pass stays a perk for your members.

Every promo after this gets the same setup in the monthly plan.

Today’s site, fixed up first

Nov 2 to 20

Search takes weeks to catch up, so the biggest problems on today’s site get fixed in November, and every fix carries straight into the new site. The Lagree vs Pilates page goes up first, by Nov 15, so it’s live before solidcore’s grand opening events on Nov 21.

Today

After the fix

  • The homepage’s only headline says “Download our app”A real headline that says what Tone is and where, with both studios and the $20 class in the line under it, and the app line as plain text
  • No page mentions Pilates or Boise, and titles don’t say what each page is forNew titles, headings and search descriptions on every page, written for what people search
  • No page answers “Is Lagree Pilates?”The Lagree vs Pilates page, live by Nov 15, ahead of solidcore’s grand opening events, then carried into the new site
  • The FAQ’s questions are bold text, not headingsEach question a real heading, with “Is Lagree Pilates?” first
  • 0 of 218 images have alt textAlt text on every image
  • Google has no list of the pages and no schemaA page list for Google, plus schema so it reads both studios right
  • The site loads at two addresses, with and without wwwOne address, with the other redirecting to it
  • No address or phone as text, and nothing to tap to callBoth addresses and a tap-to-call phone in every footer, written exactly as on Google
  • The first offer people see is 8 classes for $129The $20 first class as the main button
  • The schedule page shows Fairview onlyA Ten Mile switch, plus a plain-text line about class times that AI tools can read
  • Nothing links to your Google reviewsA “Read our Google reviews” link under each studio’s map
  • Links sent by text show no pictureA share image on every page
  • “Ten Mile now open” is still upTaken down
  • The gift card page says $18, the FAQ says “Megafomer,” the footer says 2025 and a page misspells Sebastien LagreeEvery one corrected
  • The waitlist text number on the policy page is missing a digitThe right number
  • The homepage video takes 23.7 seconds to load on a simulated phoneA lighter video that only loads on bigger screens, and a photo on phones

Those are the big ones. The broken footer link, the expired pop-up, the cookie bar that covers a quarter of the screen and anything else I find while I’m in there get fixed too.

The new site

Nov 9 to Dec 14

A brand new site, top to bottom.

Every page is redesigned from scratch on modern technology, with a fresh look that moves as you scroll and feels like Tone. The words get a rewrite too, in your voice, written for the person who’s curious but hasn’t booked yet, with the $20 class as their first step and membership as the one after it. Before any of it gets designed, we go through what you want the site to be on the kickoff call, from your goals for it to the look you have in mind, down to colors and the sites you love. The mockups on this page are a direction to react to, not the design. What gets built is the site you want, and we build it together. The one piece of today’s design I’m keeping is the scrolling Instagram section you love.

What you get

  • 15 pages, mapped out below, plus a page for every video
  • A complete new look in your colors, with movement and interactive touches on every page
  • The $20 first class button on every page, and a booking path that takes a few taps
  • Phone-first, with Mindbody handling the schedule and pricing
  • Built to load fast, with a homepage video that only plays on bigger screens
  • Clean underneath in Webflow, so updates are quick and nothing slows it down
  • FAQs on the pages where people have questions, with your policies in plain words
  • Titles, descriptions and alt text on every page and image, written for the searches each page should win
  • Schema on every page, the code that tells Google exactly who Tone is, where both studios are and what they offer
  • Both addresses and a tap-to-call phone in every footer, written exactly as on Google
  • A share image on every page, so a link texted to a friend shows a picture
  • Your byline as owner and Level 2 certified Lagree instructor on the answer pages, with a last-updated date, since Google and the AI tools weigh who wrote it
  • Every word rewritten in your voice, around booking the $20 class, with “Pilates” used only to say what Lagree isn’t
  • Your “set your Tone” Instagram section, kept
  • Redirects from every old link, so nothing breaks
  • A video page template, ready for your videos
  • Testing on phones and both studios’ booking before launch
  • Your page list resent to Google after launch
  • You approve every line before it goes live
  • Live by Dec 14, as long as access and approvals come back on time
34% How far above an average month January runs for Pilates searches around Boise, which is why the site goes live a couple of weeks before the rush.

Each headline number shows the change from last month. First classes and clicks from Google also show the same month last year from the start, since Mindbody and Search Console keep that history. Your listing numbers get the year comparison once we have a year of them saved. Every number comes straight from Google, Mindbody, YouTube or TikTok, never from an outside estimate. Reviews stay something we watch together rather than a score, since new ones come from your asks and Mindbody’s email.

Next, how it pays off

Phase 3 · The long game

Make the gap too big to close

You mentioned more studios on the way, including two Lagree studios within about ten minutes of yours. They start from zero. Tone already has a head start, and the plan is to keep building on it. Better answers, an easier first booking, stronger local visibility and a strategy that keeps moving. Every month we give people more reasons to choose Tone, and make it harder for a new studio to catch up.

What Tone already has

  • 256Google reviews across both studios, with a 5.0 rating at each
  • 14years of Lagree for you, more than 10 of them teaching it
  • 2studios, Fairview and Ten Mile, with Nampa next
  • 2awards, Best Exercise Studio of 2026 in Idaho and Best Pilates Studio in Meridian
  • #1result on Google for “lagree meridian id”, with Ten Mile right behind at #2

None of this can be bought. It took years, and the plan is built to make it count for more.

What any new location starts with on Google

  • 0reviews on a brand new Google listing
  • 0months of history on Google Maps in Meridian

And usually four months to a year before any search work shows up, which is the window this plan uses.

TONE Own the answers Own the map Compound every month Own the community
  1. Own the answers

Every question people search about Lagree gets a page with your answer on it, from “Is Lagree Pilates?” to “Can I do Lagree while pregnant?”. Google and the AI tools send people to whoever answered. This plan makes Tone the studio that did.

  2. Own the map

On Maps, a 5.0 rating with hundreds of reviews is what every new studio gets compared against. Both listings stay complete and alive, so that comparison keeps landing in Tone’s favor.

  3. Compound every month

Every video, page, post and project in the monthly plan adds to the pile a new studio would have to match, and none of it stops.

  4. Own the community

The doulas and midwives who work with new moms, with partner pages that link back to Tone. A link from a real local site is one of the strongest signals Google has that Tone is the local expert. Those links take time to earn, and a new studio can’t buy them.

Why it compounds

The gap gets wider every month

Every month stacks on the last. Each page and each video is something a studio behind you would have to match, and by the time they match it, you’ve added twelve more. Catching up is the wrong word for what they’d be doing.

The 2027 growth list

One bigger project every month

Here’s the order I’d run them in, planned by what will matter most for Tone. The second half of the year gets planned with you at the June review, and the order bends whenever your plans change.

JanTen Mile spotlight, with a find-us video from the street to the door
FebThe lists AI tools trust, plus a private sessions page
MarPartner pages with the doulas and midwives, linking back to Tone
AprInstructor pages, one for every instructor
MayA memberships page and your referral program
JunThe six-month review, with the second half of the year planned together
The projects in more detailWhat each one involves, plus the ones waiting for the second half of the year.
  • Ten MileA find-us video from the street to the door, on its page and its listing, with its best reviews featured on the page. The studio is tucked into a neighborhood, and this makes it easy to find.
  • Moms and communityPartner and event pages with the local doulas and midwives your events coordinator is connecting with, tied to the postpartum series. Each partner gets a note you can send, asking them to link to Tone from their site.
  • The lists AI tools trustA spot on expert-made “best of” lists is the top thing that gets a business named by AI tools. Lantern already ranks Fairview first among Meridian studios but has no Ten Mile entry, so it gets one. Best of Boise voting gets a push when it opens, and Lagree’s own locator gets both studios named right.
  • Private sessionsToday private sessions are one line on the pricing page. They get a short page of their own, since a dedicated page for each thing you offer is the second biggest signal for AI tools.
  • Your team and offersInstructor pages for every instructor with the Level 2 certifications called out, a memberships page for the step from 8 classes to 10-class autopay, and your $5 referral program.
  • Your promo calendarA yearly promo calendar mapped out with you, so every promo page and post is ready before the promo starts instead of the week it does.
  • New studiosOnce Nampa has a confirmed location and opening date, its Google listing can go up early. A new studio launch gets its own quote.

How we work

Think of me as part of your team

Bring me anything that touches how people find and book Tone, from a promo graphic to a new studio launch. Anything in the plan gets done. Anything bigger gets talked through first. Every month I come to the call with the next plan already drafted, so you never have to wonder what’s next.

Your siteSearch and listingsBrand and designVideoPromos and adsTracking and reports

What I’ll need from you

  • Film four short videos each month. We can batch them in one session
  • Pass along the questions you’re hearing from clients
  • Review and approve new pages before they go live
  • Keep inviting clients to leave reviews, using the QR cards at each studio
  • Loop me in on any ads you run, so I can help keep the offer, creative and landing page aligned

My part

  • Everything in this plan, from the baseline to the monthly report
  • Every site update live within 2 business days, with the link texted back
  • A heads-up as each piece of the build goes live
  • Testing before anything goes live

You own everything

The site and every account stay in your name. Your Instagram and your texting stay yours. I handle the editing and the YouTube and TikTok posting, which is the help you asked for.

What comes next

This is just the beginning

Everything above is the first plan, built around what you told me matters most right now. It’s also the foundation. Once it’s in place, there are a lot of directions we can take Tone from here. You open a new spot, I’ve got it. You need signage, I’ve got it. You need a design by Friday, I’ve got it. You want to try ads, I’ve got it. Bring any of these up on a check-in and it gets a plan and a price.

Next, the price

The pricing

Month to month

No long-term commitment. One price to set the foundation, then one monthly price for the work that keeps building on it.

Why I’m offering this rate

You’ve already built something special with Tone, and hearing where you want to take it makes me excited to be involved. From growing both studios to the bigger plans you have down the road, I’d love to help you take Tone as far as you want it to go.

Because of our personal connection, and because I’d love to be part of that growth, I’m offering this work at a preferred rate. I want us to have room to keep building together, with the site, content, promos and strategy all moving in the same direction.

The build · through Dec 14

$3,000

Standard rate $4,500

$1,500 at kickoff, and $1,500 right before the new site goes live.

This sets the foundation, from first search to first booking. The site, both listings, the tracking and the first videos, built together instead of bought in pieces from four different people. Built once, and built right.

Exactly what it covers

  • A brand new 15-page site, written from scratch for the curious first-timer and the Pilates regular, with their questions answered on the page and the $20 class as the first step toward becoming a member
  • Built to load fast on phones and clean underneath, so updates are quick and nothing slows it down
  • Both Google listings fully rebuilt, with the same facts fixed everywhere else people look, so Maps shows Tone at its best
  • Today’s site fixed up first, from the headline to load speed, so Google starts seeing the changes in November
  • Tracking on everything, with a snapshot of where every number stands before the work starts
  • Your November promo page, with a count of what it brought in, and help with the ad behind it
  • The first 6 videos you film, edited and posted, each with its own page

Every month · from Jan 1

$1,000a month

Standard rate $1,750 a month

Billed on the 1st. Month to month, with no long-term commitment.

This keeps improving it. Search work, useful content, current offers and the strategy behind them every month, from someone on your team who shows you what moved.

Exactly what it covers

  • Unlimited site updates, live within 2 business days
  • Your site kept in top shape, checked every month
  • Search and AI work every month
  • 8 Google posts and new photos
  • A reply to every new review
  • 4 branded videos edited and posted
  • 4 new video pages
  • 1 new page that answers a real question
  • A promo page whenever you run one
  • A video topic list before filming
  • 1 growth project, planned ahead
  • Your report page and a check-in call

Anything outside the plan, like a new studio launch, gets its own quote before any work starts. Everything inside it is covered.

If you ever stop

Just let me know before your next billing date and we finish at the end of your current paid month. You keep everything, and I hand over access within a week.

Payment

Card or bank transfer, whichever is easier for you.

Your accounts

Webflow and Mindbody stay yours. The video library needs Webflow’s Premium plan if you’re not on it, $25 a month billed yearly.

Next steps, once you say yes

  1. You give me access to both Google listings, Webflow, Mindbody and your video accounts. I’ll send the exact steps.
  2. You share what you have, like brand files, logos, photos and video clips, plus a few sites you love the look of.
  3. Kickoff call, where we go through the plan and set the direction for the new site together, from the look and colors to the sites you love. The first $1,500 invoice goes out that day.
  4. The work starts.
